These are the most popular results from the survey and “table talks” collected from the membership. They are in no particular order of popularity. The committee will report all the research findings to the E-board, which will then decide the going forward plan.

- Get paid for 24 hours of OT
- Become Salary Employees
- Raise starting FF rate of pay
- Front load Sick Leave
- Raise pay rate for Lts.
- Raise pay rate for TL
- Join The LEOFF 2 retirement system
- More Union involvement in joint committees (i.e. Manning, OT, Flight test, Hiring, Uniforms)
- No Outsourcing Language
- Captains should be in the Union
- Pay increase for Specialty Certifications
